This policy explains what the Mobillion website and our apps do with your information. The short version: we collect as little as possible, we never sell your data, and we use analytics only to understand aggregate usage—not to build advertising profiles about you.
The Mobillion website
This website is a marketing and journal site. Using it does not require an account, and it does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We do use a privacy-conscious analytics tool (Google Analytics 4) to measure aggregate traffic, described in the Analytics section below.
When you visit, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may process standard technical data to deliver the site and keep it secure—for example your IP address, browser type, the pages requested, and approximate region. This is handled on our behalf under Cloudflare's own privacy terms and is not used to identify or profile you.
If you email us through a mailto: link, we keep your message and address only
to reply to you.
Cookies
The site itself does not set cookies to remember you: your language choice lives
in the URL, not in a cookie. Google Analytics does set a small number of
first-party cookies (such as _ga and _ga_*) on the pages where it is active.
These distinguish one visitor from another so we can count page views and
sessions in aggregate; they are not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
You can block or delete these cookies in your browser, or use a privacy tool such
as a tracker blocker, without losing access to any part of the site.
Our apps
Goal Tracker is still in development and has not been released. When our apps launch, they are designed around these principles:
- On-device first. Your goals and progress are stored on your device by default. We do not require an account to use the core features.
- No sale of data. We never sell personal information to third parties.
- No ad tracking. We do not embed advertising SDKs or build profiles for ad targeting.
- Optional sync. If we later add sync or backup, it will be opt-in, clearly explained, and limited to the data needed to make it work.
Any change to what an app collects will be reflected in this policy and in the app's own store listing before it ships.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), provided by Google, to understand how the site is used—which pages are read, roughly where visitors come from, and how they move between pages. GA4 collects this through the cookies described above and reports it to us in aggregate. It does not require us to collect your name, email address, or other directly identifying information, and we have not enabled advertising features (such as personalised ads or cross-site remarketing) for this property.
Google may transfer and process this data on servers outside your country of residence under its own terms. For details of Google's handling, see the Google Analytics privacy policy and Google's cookie consent guidance. If you prefer not to be measured, you can install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or block the relevant cookies in your browser.
Data retention and storage
We keep the information described above only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for—an email is kept until we have replied and followed up, then removed. Technical logs held by Cloudflare are retained under Cloudflare's own schedules and may be processed on its global network. Google Analytics keeps its aggregate reporting data for a limited period set in our GA4 property (we use a retention window of no more than 14 months). We do not maintain marketing databases or customer profiles on this site.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Because we collect so little, most requests will concern an email you sent us. To exercise any right, write to support@mobillion.app and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
Our products are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes
When this policy changes, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes will also be noted in the journal.
