These terms apply when you use the Mobillion website and, once released, our apps. By using them you agree to these terms. They are deliberately short and plain.
Eligibility
You may use the site if you are able to enter into these terms under the law that applies to you. Our products are not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and anyone under that age should not provide us with personal information.
Using the website
You may read, link to, and share the content on this site. Please do not misuse it: no scraping that harms the service, no attempting to gain unauthorised access, and no using it for anything unlawful.
Our apps
Goal Tracker is in development and not yet available. When an app is released, it will come with its own store-listing terms and any app-specific agreements, which will be linked from within the app. Nothing on this site is a promise that a product will be released at a particular time or with a particular feature set.
Intellectual property
The Mobillion name, logo, design, writing, and code are owned by Mobillion and protected by law. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without permission. The ideas we write about in the journal are shared for you to read and learn from, not to republish as your own.
Third-party links
This site links to products and properties we own or trust, such as pomoclocks.com. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party site.
Suspension and termination
If you use the site in a way that breaks these terms, harms the service, or infringes the rights of others, we may suspend or end your access without prior notice. Where it is practical and lawful to do so, we will tell you why. These terms remain in effect for as long as you use the site or our apps.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the entity operating Mobillion, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, though nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights you may have where you live.
Disclaimers and liability
The site and apps are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Mobillion is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from their use.
Changes
We may update these terms. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
